This position will provide recruitment support services including preparing requisitions,coordinating interview days with multiple participants and travel arrangements,processing candidate correspondence, event coordination, documenting candidateactivity, coordinating new hire activities with candidates, and facilitatingrequired background checks. This team will be on the leading edge of creating an organization focusedon developing and executing efficient processes, whileproviding a world class client and candidate experience. 70 % Implement & Execute RecruitmentPrograms & Processes - Support candidates´questions related to their applications, general questions about the processand hiring related inquiries- Prepare/Draftrequisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) - Coordinate largescale interview dates with interview teams and candidates- Coordinate travelarrangements for candidates- Process timelycorrespondence to candidates- Collect and trackcompliance of interview appraisals- Ensure data integrityby tracking and documenting candidate activities in the Applicant TrackingSystem (Taleo); - Draft and send offerletters - Facilitate requiredpre-employment processes (such as background checks, medical screens, drugscreens, reference checks, etc.)- Communicate new hireinformation to appropriate parties to initiate onboarding process- Support clients'additional hiring needs through completing and coordinating appropriatepaperwork- Candidate filemaintenance, retention and destruction in accordance with Cargill policy 10 % Policy, process & proceduremanagement- Provide input todrafting/updating employment policy and procedural manuals- May participate orprovide assistance in Talent Recruiting projects or initiatives- Administration ofinternal systems and/or creation of processes to ensure compliance with policy,labor laws and legal requirements for a specific region/country/state- Maintainaccountability measures and processes to ensure compliance of policies andprocedures- Perform basic worksteps to assist in audits/reviews and ensure compliance 20 % Relationship Management- Utilize basic recruitment subject matter knowledge toprovide support to HR/business supervisors and individuals on HRServices/Operations issues/activities - Assist in managing candidate pools to ensure qualifiedcandidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure astrong positive client and candidate experience- Provide basic andstraightforward training and direction related to the Talent Recruiting processfor HR professionals in the business QualificationsRequiredQualifications · High school Diploma or equivalent · 2 years of HR support, administrative assistant or customerrelationship management experience, preferably in recruiting or HR SharedServices environment Professional language proficiency in English both written and verbal· Solid organizational and prioritization skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills· Ability to work with colleagues located in remote locations· Demonstrated abilities to pay attention to detail and multi-task· Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, wherepriorities and timelines often shift· Strong team player focus on assisting others as needed· Ability to work overtime hours as needed· Availability for occasional travel · Strong knowledge of time zones and scheduling in multiple regions· Experience working with the North American culture, especially withUnited States· Ability to work overtime hours as needed· Ability to work Saturday when scheduled Preferred Qualifications Obtained an Associate's or Bachelor's degree Previous HR or recruiting experience Applicant tracking system experience Knowledge of country specific employment laws
