Job DescriptionSr. HR Business Partner-Amazon Pay We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support the Amazon Pay team and be a part of the Alexa HR team. This role requires a strong understanding of the HR fundamentals and experience implementing, executing and delivering appropriate HR solutions. Amazon Pay is a service that helps customers transact with merchants outside of Amazon, within their own merchant sites and applications. More than 200 million customers can use their Amazon account to sign in and register with a merchant in just two taps, and then make a purchase or payment in just one tap using the payment methods they already use with Amazon. By sharing the ease and simplicity of selling to an Amazon customer, we help merchants grow their registered customer base and increase sales. You\u2019ll partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You\u2019ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as onboarding, employee relations, culture, diversity, and management capability / leadership development, as well as facilitating annual talent management processes. Basic QualificationsBasic Qualifications
6 years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role, preferably in a high tech or sales environment
Experience working with fast growing, large, global teams
Knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment
Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate

Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
