Work You ll DoConsult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and nurture day-to-day client relationships at all client levels. Assist with selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business and HR solutions for clients. Participate in workshops and blueprint sessions, and gathering functional and technical requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Contribute to planning of the project strategy, deliverables, work plans, and status reports. Create detailed functional specifications, field mapping, and process designs for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems. Develop test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases using HP Quality Center. Configure and unit test SuccessFactors Employee Central module and integrate inter-module with other project leads. Plan and execute cutover strategies and go-live support environments for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Develop end user training materials and supporting client teams in the delivery of training. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), STEM (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.Two years of experience providing Human Resource Transformation consulting services to clients.Must have two years of experience with:Participating in workshops and blueprint sessions, and gathering functional and technical requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementations;Contributing to planning of the project strategy, deliverables, work plans, and status reports;Creating detailed functional specifications, field mapping, and process designs for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems;Developing test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, integration testing and UAT testing phases using HP Quality Center;Performing configuration and unit testing of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and configure the inter-module integrations with the other project leads; Planning and executing cutover strategies and go-live support environments for SAP SuccessFactors implementations; andDeveloping end user training materials and supporting client teams in the delivery of training.80% travel required.
