nnJob DescriptionnnThis newly-created exempt position will report directly to the SVP of Human Resources and will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives, and to identify / arrange suitable training solutions for employees.  The selected individual will be responsible to actively search for, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance.n nAreas of responsibility will include: conduct training and development needs assessments via programs and defined objectives; formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods; obtain and/or develop effective training materials; coordinate training schedules based on hiring and training demands, to include related communications; train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts; and conduct follow-up studies of completed trainings to evaluate and measure results, modifying programs as needed.nnJob RequirementsnQualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven (7) years of relevant and dedicated training experience, with the ability to work with all levels of management across all company departments.  The successful individual is a self-starter, detail-oriented and organized, has strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated coaching and leadership qualities, solid presentation ability, and a high level of integrity and ethics.  Individual must be willing to travel extensively by car to our plant and office locations in MA, VT and NY, to include periodic overnight stays when needed.n nAgri-Mark, Inc. offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, to include pension plan.  Apply online to ****, or mail your resume w/ cover letter to:n n**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
