By partnering with hiring leaders you will learn about their business challenges, team culture, and the required skills required for them to be successful.  You will build and manage effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners and vendors, driving the recruitment process from approved requisition to hire.

 

This role will be home officed but candidates must be available for in-person meetings in the Greater Seattle / Tacoma area.

','!*!Our ideal candidate will bring:

Three years related experience is required for this position.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, a working knowledge of recruiting (including HR) practices and law, and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a high volume work load; builds relationships on trust and follow-through.

Proficiency in developing and maintaining collaborative, customer-oriented relationships with client managers, HR colleagues, and community organizations and schools required.

Good decision making skills based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.

A natural curiousity about others; use wooing appropriately and wisely use influence and counseling skills.

A solid working knowlege of MS Office Professional (Work and Excel), application tracking systems 

Preferred: A four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
