HR Operations Analyst – Mass Changes/Interims/Restructures/Sup Org Chgs','Full-time','Professional Non-Clinical','1','1','80','80','None','None','NEBRASKA-OMAHA-MCAULEY FOGELSTROM CENTER','','!*!Designs, implements, documents and continually improves standardized, streamlined, and effective processes in area of expertise within the HR Operations department to achieve its goals. The HR Operations department is responsible for transactional HR processes and distribution of HR data. The HR Operations Team pursues excellent service to our employees by providing streamlined, accurate and effective maintenance and distribution of HR data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Expert in the processes and system functioning for one or more of the following areas: employee status change, license verification and entry, nonemployee entry, position creation, subpoena completion, education tracking, bonus processing, LOA monitoring, workers compensation processing
Identifies initiates and implements changes in their area of ownership in order to achieve standardized, streamlined, and effective processes.
Maintains process documentation for area of ownership.
Partners with the Manager to communicate changes to specialists and others impacted.
Partners with COEs, Markets, Vendors, HR Technology, HR Ops Specialists, and other departments as appropriate for effective work processes
Partners with the HR Operations Specialists for effective working relationship.
Continually works for process improvements and efficiency as well as increased customer service
May have enhanced security permissions for advanced or high risk transactions.
Performs validation and processing of advanced HR transactions where advanced security or knowledge is necessary and in undocumented and sensitive areas.
Defines need for audits and reviews audit results to maintain accurate data.
Researches, resolves and responds to advanced escalated cases
Provides excellent service to the employee, manager, and other HR members providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation.
This Analyst position will support the Tacoma, Pacific North West division and needs to be flexible to working Pacific time zone hours.','!*!Skills and Qualifications:
Education/ Accreditation/ Licensure (required & preferred):
High School required, Associate Degree preferred.
Experience (required and preferred):
3 years of experience in Human Resources
Detailed knowledge and experience in required area of specialty.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Workday transactional processing, to include knowledge of job changes and position/requisition creation
Experience in project coordination of complex changes, such as department restructures, cost center closings and MBO transfers is preferred.
Detail oriented, understands processes and systems, strong customer service skills, comfortable working with multiple systems, comfortable with complex situations and processes, innovative, strong critical thinking
