CHRO Enterprise Business Manager/Chief of Staff

The CHRO Enterprise Business Manager
is a key member of AMD’s HR Leadership Team and plays an integral role in managing daily operations. You will serve as a focal point for communication, integration, and activities within the team (HRLT). Your role will maintain a high-level view of the action, while considering the needs of the organization and managing key deliverables thoughtfully. In this role, you will handle a wide range of tasks and be a confidant to the Chief HR Officer and his team

Partner with our CHRO and his leadership team to set strategic priorities, define and measure success
Build strong relationships with the HRLT members, influence outcomes, and maintain project momentum
Oversee large, cross-functional, projects and initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions
Lead annual HR strategic planning by acting as a project manager and ensuring alignment with the team
Manage annual HR budget
Facilitate operational reviews, staff meetings, offsites, etc., ensuring information flow is taking place
Partner with the HR communication lead to draft, review and amplify CHRO communications
Prepare executive level presentations
Expert level skills with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Outlook
Strong organizational, project and time management skills
Communication with individuals at all levels of an organization
Experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
