Amgen is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Intercontinental Region. The Talent Acquisition lead is accountable for translating business priorities and workforce planning initiatives into meaningful talent strategies and action plans for the Intercontinental Region, which covers Amgen\u2019s affiliates in Canada, Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina) and TMEA (Turkey, GCC, Levant, Egypt, Maghreb and South Africa) as well as the Regional HQ that is based in Thousand Oaks, California. Responsibilities:Responsible for the region-wide Talent Acquisition strategy as well as Intercontinental Region Employee Value PropositionStay abreast of Amgen\u2019s business priorities and current and future talent needs. Advise HR and the business on what we should be doing to get ahead of these needs.
