Also, includes interdepartmental communication with Administration, and credentialing to ensure a smooth hiring process for the new candidates n·         Sending out new hire welcome packets containing required payroll forms, i-9s, benefits information, and other basic company information; n·         Provides continual professional contact with the new hire on instruction for each onboarding requirement n·         Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens; n·         Act as a resource for new employee's general questionsn·         Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete and filed n·         Works closely with recruiting and credentialing department n·         Manages electronic new hire Onboarding system. n·         Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.n nnJob RequirementsnQualifications of the Position n·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, Ability to execute tasks independently. n·         Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. n·         Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in an environment with large volumes of data and paperwork. n·         Significant attention to detail required. n·         Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.. n·         Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills with good vocabulary, good grammar and a passion for excellence in customer service n·         Displays professionalism through sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail n·         Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel n·         Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and provide detailed documentation/ follow ups (time management) n·         Works effectively under stress n·         Must have great time-management skills n·         Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with deadlines n·         Must be an effective communicator and flexible with constantly changing priorities n·         Outstanding customer service skillsn nEducational Requirements nAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in HR or business preferredn
