What you’ll do:

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) internship will offer current students the opportunity to consult our HRBPs and managers on business HR, talent management, data analysis and employee relations activities.  Selected candidates will have the unique opportunity to learn our internal Human Resources systems (PeopleSoft) and processes to support to the HRBPs on day-to-day operations.  You will engage with managers and employees to complete assigned projects and help build your HR acumen that will set you up for future success. Receive mentoring from HR leaders and colleagues.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or closely related field with a graduation date on or after December 2018

Minimum GPA Requirement: 3.2 undergrad or 3.5 Master’s student.

For undergraduates, must be a rising Junior or Senior during the summer of 2018

Additional Skills:

Desire to learn different aspects of Human Resources, especially HR Generalist

Organizational ability, follow up skills, and attention to detail

Strong learning and inquisitive skill set

Technology savvy with Microsoft Office Suite

Thrives in a fast paced, fun environment

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
