Job Description SummarynThe Employee Development Trainer is directly responsible for facilitating training on company-wide education courses to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s Learning Academy. Courses will include but will not be limited to leadership, productivity, business enhancement, execution and technology. Additionally, the Employee Development Trainer is accountable for providing on-going training on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.IS products and services for multiple audiences as well as creating training materials and training administrative management. Experience with online training is required.nThe ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail, has superior listening skills and takes direction well. The candidate should display a sense of urgency and the ability to handle and complete a variety of tasks or multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental deadlines. He or she will work in a team environment with a positive attitude and interact effectively with all levels of personnel. He or she will also display initiative to continually keep training materials and training initiatives current. Other requirements include the ability to exercise good judgment at all times, handle confidential information and materials appropriately, and handle difficult situations with the utmost composure and professionalism. The right candidate will accept and provide constructive feedback in a positive manner and ensure consistent and repeatable training processes and procedures.nu00a0nJob DutiesnAssess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or outside vendorsnProvide additional product training to various **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. workgroups, as needed, including but not limited to, New Hire Training Programs as well as product update trainingnAssist in the administration of all training including but not limited to registration, scheduling facilities, coordinating, evaluation, tracking and production as needednWorking with key HR contacts in analyzing the performance of the workforce so that additional training can be prescribed and developednContacting and scheduling internal and external lecturers and vendors for specialized trainingnUtilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programnAttend meetings, seminars, training programs, professional organizations, etc. to keep informed on new developments, methods, and techniques in the field of trainingnReinforce alignment of all training activities with the achievement of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Sales and Services business objectives, including but not limited to participation in stakeholder meetings, miscellaneous correspondence regarding training needs/requests, classroom facilitation, etc.nUse measurement and reporting tools developed for each program to assess the effectiveness of training, including testing and feedback from participants or othersnAct as training advocate across the organization by educating departments on the role of training, roles/responsibilities of training personnel, training processes and contribution of training to the organization, as needednContinuously research and implement best practice ideas for self-development and enhancement of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s training function regarding current facilitation and delivery formatsnu00a0nQualificationsnBacheloru2019s Degree or equivalent experience, required.
