Daily Responsibilities
Performs a variety of administration-professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment; compensation; employee relations; training and development; EEO-Affirmative Action; and benefits administration. Responsible for completion of human resources related projects. May advise management of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures; and make recommendations for change of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures. Will be the first line responder to employees and managers who have questions and/or concerns. Will work closely with managers to manage performance. Will investigate concerns that are raised and made recommendations for resolution.

Required: Basic Qualifications 3 years of Generalist/HR Business Partner experience, strong employee relations, good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask and work with various groups. Must be able to act independently and have critical decision making skills.
