MRC's Mirador is a leader in continuing care retirement living, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator will:
Create and maintain nursing staffing schedules
Assist with in-service scheduling and tracking
Tracks attendance, documenting PTO and call-ins
Monitors and schedules performance evaluations during orientation and annually
Performs CNA duties when needed

Qualifications
Current Texas CNA License
Minimum of one year of experience in scheduling, preferably in a hospital or long term care setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and various organizational levels of staff
Ability to multitask
