This role is accountable for performing diverse administrative duties and project coordination for the GDD HR team which involves senior level global contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring confidentiality, discretion, good judgment, as well as demonstrating our core values.
Position Responsibilities
Proactively provide administrative and project management support to the GDD HR team.
Perform diverse administrative work, including but not limited to proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports.
Prioritize activities and takes action based on an understanding of departmental objectives, customer needs, and BMS business strategy.
Anticipate key issues and implement action plans based on changing priorities and commitments.
Use time management techniques, including the latest technologies, to effectively manage own priorities and assist leaders and HR team in managing their activities.
Regularly collaborate with peer executive associates and coordinators.
Participates in cross-divisional initiatives and projects as requested.
Collaborates across the HR OP Model (COE's, People Services) to articulate business needs and partners in delivering solutions in ways that bring value across the enterprise.
Keep teams informed of work productivity tools to assist in an efficient working environment.
Qualifications /Degree Requirements
Successful candidate must possess a High School diploma. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
10 years project coordinator experience in Human Resources preferred.
Strong program and project management.
Ability to translate strategy into action.
Exhibit a positive work approach, with high productivity and a collaborative spirit.
Strong written and verbal skills and the capability to work well with a diverse population.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are required for this position.
Proven skills in balancing competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change priorities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using discretion and judgment to know when to escalate concerns or issues, with sensitivity to handling confidential information.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with good judgement, often using creative solutions.
In depth knowledge of company internal systems, policies and procedures.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Org Plus, SAP and Workday.
