Talent Acquisition Director
Responsibilities
Develop overall Talent Acquisition strategy, for current and future needs, to enable growth in both the short term and long term
Lead, develop, grow, and inspire a team of experienced Talent Acquisition Managers
Serve as a key leader on the Human Resources Leadership Team, ensuring overall priorities are aligned and in support of the STV strategic plan
Build upon a culture of excellence, developing clear objectives and accountabilities for talent acquisition as a function
Work hand in hand with our Communications partners to build and enhance our employer brand, weaving a consistent message and brand throughout the talent acquisition tools, touch points, and processes
Foster collaborative relationships across the HR team and larger business through active listening, at every level of the organization, to provide best in class talent acquisition solutions
Identify creative and innovative methods and tools for attracting talent and growing a diverse talent pipeline
Deep dive into applicant tracking system and other tools to optimize use of technology, reduce manual efforts, and streamline processes
Develop, monitor, and drive for results utilizing key performance metrics and dashboards
Establish standard operation procedures for new processes and maintain, enhance, and update existing processes
Manage vendor and agency relationships for maximum return on investment
Recommend and implement change management where needed
Develop and manage the Talent Acquisition budget
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Ten years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition, including two or more years of people management
Hand-on technical experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Demonstrated experience managing full cycle, in house recruiting teams
Track record of strong project management skills and innovative solutions
Preferred experience in the AEC sector
