POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Human Resources – Retail Field, supports the people, management functions and technology that align to the business culture for the Retail Stores. Areas of focus include: Employee relations and performance management of retail associates; Researching, developing and implementing technological system changes to improve business processes; Create and deliver training materials to support system and process changes; Analyzing data to drive decision making; Manage restructures and reduction in force events; Performance management and career development for direct reports; Communications, leadership development, and change management. The Manager Human Resources Retail Field will lead projects that drive strategy and will work collaboratively with brands and business partners toward improved business results and high levels of employee engagement. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources for retail stores. Act as resource to Retail Human Resource Representatives and Retail Field Associates.
