Sr. Human Resource Generalist – Temp to Hire
The Sr. Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing professional human resources work in a variety of concentrations, including: Compliance, Training and Development, Staffing and Recruiting, Associate and Labor Relations, as well as Administrative Duties and special projects for the area. This position will work closely with Area HR Leadership in a proactive approach to ensure the right associates are in the right jobs and are fully engaged and properly developed to provide sustained business success.
High-Level Day to Day:
Responsible for managing Employee Relations & Engagement which also includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating Day 1 activities for all new employees
Comfortable handling Recruitment activities which would include full-cycle recruitment, managing job postings, screening candidates, and assisting Managers in preparing Offer Letters
Analyze HR metrics (FMLA, LOA, Workers Comp, Attrition, Headcount, and Recruitment Metrics)
Promote HR programs to create a thoughtful and conflict-free workplace
Administer Compensation and Benefit plans
Performance and Talent management
Grievance investigations
Maintain employee files and records
Payroll-Timecard management
All other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
Proficiency with EEO/AAP, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, and Unemployment
Experience with, UltiPro, SuccessFactors, ADP and Career Builder/ TSR Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
