Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Manage teams within the Payroll department, responsible for paying 86,000 **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. employees on a biweekly basis; support all payroll systems, including configuring the system to support defect resolution and enhancements; configure the Workday human capital management (HCM)/Payroll system and define technology solutions; work with the following Workday modules: payroll, security, HCM, compensation, integration, reporting, absence management, and finance; manage the day-to-day duties of a team of analysts; work with relational databases, including using SQL for database programming; develop software and define solutions using JavaScript; automate and streamline processes using Alteryx; partner with the development team to prioritize work; plan and prioritize the workload of the team; explore system enhancements and develop implementation strategies; review documentation for accuracy and ensure that the team follows change management guidelines; ensure that payroll technology configuration changes are thoroughly tested; identify issues and partner with the vendor to deploy resolutions; develop the departmental budget; and guide and mentor junior-level analysts. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience configuring and developing human capital management (HCM)/Payroll systems; of which three (3) years of experience includes developing software and working with relational databases; and of which one (1) year includes using Alteryx.
