It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.   The Market Leader (Director) will be accountable for leading the human capital solutions practice in Thailand providing leadership to all aspects of the business in the Market. Responsibilities: Strategy:Responsible for development and execution of business strategy at a country levelAs a member of the SEA leadership team, ensure the country strategy is aligned to regional strategy Identification of key initiatives to execute strategy and embed in goals of team membersNetwork with internal stakeholders to build awareness on the needs of the market and assistance on strategy executionActive participant and contributor to regional strategy and initiativesBusiness DevelopmentLead all business development efforts by understanding client needs, market size, products and driving marketing initiatives.Identify prospects and facilitate product and advisory sales and development opportunities across various industries.Building client networks and relationships via an Aon United mindsetLead RFP and proposal development opportunities for Human Capital Solutions consulting prospects.Build and manage client networks and relationships that grow and proactively identify additional work opportunitiesFinancial ManagementOwner of the country P&L and controllable expenses therein. Single point of contact for Thailand CEO and Finance teams Understanding of financial levers and actively managing them to deliver healthy margins for the business at a country and regional levelCollaborate with the SEA team for efficient resource managementBuild investment cases for growth opportunitiesPeople Leadership:Build High performing teams which ensure high degree of client satisfaction on products and consultingDrive team engagement and retentionMentor and guide the junior members within SEA Build industry networks to be a talent magnet for candidates Client DelightDeliver high quality, effective deliverables for clients via industry and solution expertise embedded in project teams.Lead large size projects and ensure high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met.Work with the regional leadership team to develop cutting edge client solutions Be a key contact person and trusted advisor for c-suites and boardsCreate intellectual capital on subject of expertise for sharing with clients and with the team Requirements:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering 12- 15 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards, Talent Management or performance.
