Responding to employee inquiries regarding policy enforcement and questions on process and procedure
Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
Contributing to development of policies
Supporting internal investigations when needed
Ensuring Discipline Letters are issued in a timely manner and are then recorded accordingly
Reporting to Managing Director
Managing employee incentives monthly
Planning and executing welfare programs
Sourcing and managing employee training programs
Maintaining employee appraisal system
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience of two to three years in HR
Proficient Microsoft office skills
Possess critical thinking skills to consider various perspectives
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
High integrity and driven
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with practical experience
Strong team player who is able to work independently whenever required
