This position will report into the North American Head of Early Careers Recruitment.What the day will look likeAssist with the execution of the early career strategy to support full-time and intern hiringAccelerate key hiring efforts by building and maintaining external relationships with colleges/universities, associations, diversity organizations and other relevant sources of prospective talent.Manage, coach, and develop a team of early careers recruitersPartner with business leaders, HR partners, Talent Development, and managers to set and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies.Leverage early careers knowledge and experience to identify areas of opportunity and expand on processes that are working well (continuous improvement)Use data and insights to support recommendations and decision makingEnsure a seamless onboarding process, in partnership with our Operations teamDemonstrate knowledge of Recruiting team to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvementsDeliver on roles as needed.Skills and experience that will lead to successRequired Skills: 5 years of TA leadership experience, supporting a team of direct reports within financial or professional services, supporting businesses that cater to small to mid-sized end clients, and/or relevant experience recruiting in the early career space.A broad intuition for corporate success, demonstrating knowledge of how the talent strategy impacts the broader business. This includes how changes in organizational strategy impact talent initiatives.Self-starter who can lead multiple projects, follow-up and exhibit creative problem solving within a fast-paced environment.Ability to work closely with various cross functional groups, bringing creative thinking and innovative ideas, new perspectives and enthusiasm.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and relationship skills.A fan of 'process', who can provide a clear, complete analysis in support of established talent initiatives, resulting in successful engagement and hiring of revenue-accretive colleagues will really thrive in this role!Leader of people and active solution agent for the TA Leadership Team.Familiarity with iCIMS recruiting platform.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
