Job Description:

The Senior Investigator is a member of the newly created HR Investigations Team that supports Global Helpline Incidents case management through a team of professional investigators, based out of various countries like Poland, India, Malaysia, Philippines, UK, NL, Middle-east/Africa, Singapore, etc.

HR Investigations Team is part of HR Strategy, Employee Relations/Industry Relations (ER/IR) and Compliance team.

The HR Strategy, ER/IR & Compliance team has an external and outside HR focus so that Shell benefits from trends externally in the area of Employee Relations and ER/IR, peer companies and thought leadership from academia and stays informed on emerging topics on our field globally. The team is also responsible for HR-related project work that is strategic in nature and/or cuts across organizational boundaries within HR and across the Businesses and Functions.
