Job Summary
Reporting to the SVP, HR for Cable HQ & Corp, this role will be responsible for effectively developing and implementing talent management strategies and leading the HR Operations and Integration team in strong partnership with the HRBPs, client and COE partners. This role requires heavy partnership and collaboration with peers and leaders across the broader HR organization, as well as with the senior leadership and HR team within the Cable HQ & Corp client groups. This role will also oversee the HR operations integration team, which is responsible for the coordination and execution of HR Operations for all Cable HQ &Corporate and participating in the development of the Company and Human Resources philosophy and strategic planning in relation to programs and trends in Human Resources management. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to HRBPs, Business Leaders, and employees as required.
Job Description
Responsible developing and implementing talent management strategies and leading the HR operations and integration team for the Cable HQ & Corporate HR team.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborates with Cable HQ & Corporate business leaders, HR, Talent Management, L&D and other CoEs to develop and ensure an integrated and coherent talent management strategy and portfolio that are aligned with business priorities and complement the other CoE areas of focus.
Partners with HR and organizational leadership to drive company-wide adoption of talent processes and programs.
Establishes analytics and metrics to measure program/process performance and improve talent management strategies.
Collaborates with business leaders and HR partners to build and manage a diverse leadership talent pipeline.
Identify and manage key talent segments (e.g., critical talent, acceleration talent pool, succession pool, etc.) for growth; leveraging **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. ULearn's leadership or accelerated development programs or experiences.
Deploy and facilitate talent management processes (e.g., talent assessments, career development, talent reviews, career growth plans, career profiles, Workday, etc.) that support business objectives, improve employee performance, and achieve workforce-related operating goals.
Facilitate talent discussions in partnership with HR and Leaders. Perform in-depth analysis of internal talent trends, gaps and risks to facilitate talent planning to ensure the business acquires, retains, and develops the right people, at the right time, in the right role to match business needs at scale. Share talent needs proactively with COE partners.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, ULearn (L&D team) and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Talent Management COE to monitor and report talent movement trends and opportunities to leverage the internal talent marketplace.
Join the Enterprise Talent Community (COE) as an active teammate, provide feedback and insights on needs from the business to the COEs to drive enterprise talent efforts.
Create diverse talent slates for key or leadership roles.
Provides direction and support to Human Resources partners and administrative staff in regard to Human Resources programs and projects, policies, EEO, wage and salary management, benefits and training.
Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex initiatives and functions.
Contributes to the development of the organization's business and Talent strategy.
Oversees and leads cross functional teams and projects related to HR initiatives that impact all aspects of the business or function
Responsible for creating the data and analytics strategy across Cable HQ and Corporate HR (in partnership with the COEs). Reviews and reports on HR and employee data, business trends and results to help build business strategy. Reconciles findings with business requirement specifications, designs, and plans.
Recommends and implements workflow processes improvements across the HR team.Develops processes and procedures to drive efficiencies.
Supports and executes HQ and Corporate projects and initiatives.
Serves as compensation lead
Responsible for leading, innovating and coordinating all annual processes including merit, annual performance management process and talent management process.
Oversees the coordination of mandatory compliance of standard HR initiatives (YourVoice, eNPS, handbook acknowledgments, Mandatory Training)
Operates HRIS system to maintain appropriate data integrity (Roster and PersAdmin audits, employee changes, etc.) Acts as an HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Human Resources Business Partners.
Coordinates participation in leadership development programs.
Prepares presentations and other informational documents in support of business/function HR plans.
