Description

The Senior Clinical Recruiter recruits qualified applicants for staff nurse or other positions requiring registered nurse licensure, licensed practical nurse, or graduate nurse positions. Investigates sources and determines marketing approach. The Senior Clinical Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Clinical Recruiter recruits and interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions for our Primary Care Organization. Humana is seeking a recruiter who is a self-starter, able to work independently with a strong work ethic, works with a sense of urgency, and able to stay organized and manage competing priorities.


Builds relationships and proactively partners with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet business demands
Create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these using Humana's applicant tracking system
Review and analyze resumes through various sources for hiring managersIntroduce qualified candidates and facilitate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
Strong emphasis on sourcing candidates for patient-facing roles to include Medical Assistants, Coders, RNs and other clinic staff roles in a number of markets.
Recruiter maintains awareness of the competitor landscape, schools within the markets, association meetings and conferences, and market intel
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with TA Marketing team and HR Business Partners.
Attend career days, job fairs and represents Humana at recruiting conferencesExercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments


Required Qualifications


Recruitment Experience supporting Humana's PCO
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of recruiting experience
Experience with full cycle recruitment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter and able to work independently
Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases
Work at home requirements:
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies
Strong knowledge of Boolean searches
Previous CRM experience

Vaccine Policy

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
