Job Details:
This role will support the Compensation Team on three primary projects. This role will be responsible for assisting in managing the hourly job evaluation process, completing various analyses related to hourly wages, and be an integral part of the hourly labor wage review process. You will focus on supporting the Compensation Team on multiple key initiatives related to the hourly wage review process through use of analytics and data. The role contributes to multiple strategic initiatives and projects to drive improvements to the business. Based on these initiatives this position offers the potential for exposure to HR experience within Compensation.
Responsibilities
Gather, collect, organize, & analyze data from market research to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the analysis.
Support Compensation Team on wage analysis and development of compensation related procedures for Management Support roles.
Assist with various requests for hourly labor wage review.
Reviewing and validating work with peers, maintaining constant and open communication with key team members.
Assist in ensuring timely and accurate administration of the annual compensation processes.
May assists with the creation of communication materials in support of the year-end process and provides guidance to users throughout.
Become expert in hourly job evaluation process to provide support to HR partners as needed.
Review, analyze, and evaluate hourly jobs using hourly job evaluation tool and assist in maintaining job evaluation tools for all locations and positions within the organization.
Collaborate with HR partners to provide recommendations for hourly job evaluations based on methodology.
Qualifications
Incoming junior senior or MBA with at least one year of school remaining.
Previous work experience in any field.
Strong prioritization, organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners preferred.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Preferred experience working in an Agile environment with a high level of comfort working with ambiguity.
Ability to multi-task; motivated self-starter.
Excellent communicator and storyteller that can communicate complex concepts in a manner that excites and creates enthusiasm.
Ability to clearly present complex concepts and explain findings to stakeholders.
