This role will manage and support VB project such as timeline monitoring, coordinate with regional team , compliant team , OIC and insurers. This Senior Manager is main contact and support Country head on any related VB issues to ensure that VB project will be launched on timeline smoothly. Aon’s Voluntary Benefits(VB) solution is a B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) proposition where the Employees of our Clients in Thailand will be offered the opportunity to easily access relevant informationand purchase exclusive products that are only available through their employers’ partnership with Aon. Requirements Bachelor Degree or higher in MarketingMinimum 12 years working experience in group insurance industryProficient in both written and spoken in Thai and EnglishGood Interpersonal & Communication SkillsCustomer service skills and problem solving skillsAbility to adapt and learn quickly.How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
