Im looking for a recruiter for finding and hiring qualified candidates. we need candidates for various jobs that we need. This is for a recruiter who:
- Knows how to post employment ads
- Attract potential candidates with incentives
- Find qualified applicants in various countries
- Respond to questions from applicants
- Run interviews and try to give opinion about each candidate
- PROVIDE THEIR OWN PORTALS and use provided ones
- Search the web about information sources
- Finding the right candidates by checking their samples.
This is for long-term. 5-10 hours per week. Recruiters receive a bonus for each qualified applicant
