About the role 
 
We are looking for an HR Business Partner based in Paris to manage a head office and retail population located in Belgium within the HR department of PVH South West Hub (France, Belgium, Spain).

Frequent travel is required to the Belgian headquarters in Antwerp.

You will be in charge of supporting a population of 250 people on all HR generalists topics. As a true Business Partner, your main missions are :

- Supporting the operational teams on a daily basis: HR advice, support for disciplinary and litigation cases

- Social relations: preparation and co-leading of Works Council meetings, management of IRP relations

- Management of an HR Officer

- HR projects: responsible for the deployment of local and European HR projects

- Monitoring of staffing levels and HR budgets allocated to the area

-You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal obligations in your area.

About the team

You will report to the Senior HRBP Manager HQ and will work closely with the HRBP Manager Retail for all matters related to the stores and department stores. For us, team spirit is essential and we are convinced that working in a good mood contributes to performance!

About You 

You have at least an experience of  4 years in a general HR position, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.

We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.

Knowing how to anticipate, being reactive and being able to make proposals are key skills for this position.

You are good with the office pack and you used to work with an HR System, if possible Workday.

You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is highly appreciated.
