Regional Manager HR (Delhi/ Kolkata/ Banglore)
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
• Single point of contact for all regional employees.
• Reporting of MIS to the HO following the deadlines
• Help HO – HR to facilitate systems and processes in the assigned region
• Handle grievances ( Salary , attendance and other HR related issues )
• Induction of all new employees as per the process.
• Active employee relation and engagement.
• Constructive involvement in PMS
