The person in this position is responsible for providing first-class team member relations services to the team members and management team to deliver an excellent team member experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy with Hilton values.
What will I be doing?
Assistant Human Resources Manager reports to Director of Human Resources.
Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to act as deputy Director of Human Resources in his/ her absense; support employee relations and ensure compliance with team member training requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Provide and deliver first-class Team Member Relations services to team members and management team
Assist Human Resources Director with Human Resources strategy including succession planning for team members
Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances, and capability
Take role in candidate interviews and hiring process
Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate legal checks are carried out
Support achieving departmental goals
Support the Assistant L&D Manager to achieve departmental training requirements
Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
Follow-up and give all support for the duties of all HR Team Members
Assist and resolve team member and management queries
Assist Director of Human Resources in HR related matters

Minimum 2 year of experience in hotels in the similar role
Excellent command of Turkish and English
University degree
Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and regulations
IT proficiency- Microsoft Office knowledge
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
Ability to work on their own or in teams
Positive and outgoing attitude
