Job Description:
Shell is looking for a Project Resourcing Advisor to support resourcing demand, activities (campus assessment, Employee Referral Programme Refresh launch, etc) and other Integrated Resourcing Projects. You may be assigned to any of our highly dynamic Resourcing Operations teams -- Assessment Management, Hire & Onboard or Resourcing Systems Support.
IMPORTANT NOTE
: The role will be on project for one (1) year.
ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT
Principal Accountabilities
End to end ownership for timely execution of the assessment requirements within relevant systems (e.g. WorkDay, SalesForce).
Guarantee that all candidates are able to access necessary documents in the system by ensuring that all system actions are done on time and with high accuracy.
Execution of relevant HR procedures within agreed SLAs and qualitative & quantitative KPIs.
Proactively monitor and efficiently follow-up on outstanding actions while overseeing the whole assessment process.
Maintain accurate candidate information within all systems utilized (e.g. WD, Shell People, and SF) and ensure compliance on Data Privacy controls
Provide general support to the Recruitment Advisor where needed.
Adhering to the Global Approval Matrix (GAM) and Financial Control Manual (implementing all established financial controls in daily work) & Data Privacy rules, including reporting all FCM & Data Privacy breaches.
In general, Project Recruitment Advisor is expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Processing of Final Assessment and Hiring Manager Interview scheduling across all businesses and SBO locations
Support recruitment related activities
Coordination among Candidate, Hiring Managers, Assessors, Recruiter, and other RA
Dimensions
Reports to Regional Recruitment Services Team Lead
Key stakeholders include: Candidates, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Business Assessors, Finance Focal Points
HIRE AND ONBOARD
Principal Accountabilities:

Guarantee that all candidates can start on their first day in Shell, correctly registered in payroll, with complete pre-employment requirements, access to [necessary documents in] the system, and complete IT equipment by ensuring that all system actions are done on time and with high accuracy.

Proactively monitor and efficiently follow-up on outstanding actions while overseeing the whole hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate information within all systems utilized (e.g. Workday, Shell People, DocuSign) and ensure compliance on Data Privacy controls
Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery, lead/participate in improvement initiatives and global and local projects. Ensuring the info in Knowledge Management is up-to-date.

RESOURCING SUPPORT
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide application process and system support to external candidates, employees, hiring managers, HR through Salesforce case management
Support system transactional activities in managing mass resourcing activities – EIB upload preparation, data validation, mass move forward activities (non-case activities)
Support maintenance actions in manually progressing application in the system specifically for Graduate evergreen requisitions – progress/regret/withdraw candidates in GBA stage (non-case activities)
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
1 to 5 years HR related work experience
Tertiary qualification – preferably in HR or Business Administration.
Involvement in improvement project/experience management experience
Experience in working with confidential and sensitive information (e.g., employment documentation) and maintaining integrity of data with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office, and Shell People is an advantage.
High level of personal accountability to manage and resolve issues raised by candidates, recruitment, hiring managers, local HR in a quick and effective way.
Problem solving attitude with a pragmatic approach – know who to contact when and be able to take the decision to deviate from the standard if required.
Able to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Able to actively participate in planning/prioritization of own work.
