HR Assistant Munich Germany
Job description:
• Execution of all personnel administration activities for a defined group of people (DACH region, Eastern Europe and Middle East)
• handling of personnel-related issues in direct communication with the employees
• Creation of employment contracts, contract changes, reference letters, and other documents on request
• Processing of entries and exits and administration of personnel files, including the entry, updating and maintenance of employee master data in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
• Support with preparatory payroll and maintenance of vacation and time accounts
Job requirements:
• Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualifications in personnel administration as well as relevant professional experience
• Confident handling of MS Office programs (especially outlook, Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and / or SAP SuccessFactors and ideally experience in the use of ticket systems
• Empathy, likes dealing with people and a high level of service orientation
• Teamwork, communication skills as well as flexible thinking and a can-do attitude
• Ability to create and edit employment contracts, contract changes, reference letters and other documents in German and to advise our employees in German
• You also speak and write fluent English
