This role will provide consultation and coaching regarding leave and accommodation matters to HR, managers, plant administrators and employees. Actively finds opportunities to streamline and improve the way in which LOAA services are delivered to 3800 employees nationally.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eIn addition, the role will support the workflow of the daily operations of the department.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eWhy youu0026rsquo;re the perfect addition to our Team (about you):u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eManage company leaves of absence (FMLA, Personal, Medical, Statutory, etc.) and perform accommodation reviews to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policy for Corporate, PPO, NSS, and Subsidiary employees.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProvide holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with the corresponding leave plans, federal and state laws and benefit plans as defined by NAESu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eServes as primary point of for employees, plant administrators, managers, and HR team for LOAA information and process. Will resolve escalated employee LOAA issues which may include partnering with internal and/or external service providers or departmentsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eManage the Presagia Technology relationship to support daily LOAA operationsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop leave management and ADA policies and/or processes that ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop and implement leave and ADA training programs for HR, management, and employees. To ensure employee understanding of the process and company and employee responsibilities.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eInterface with disability insurance vendor including notification of employee eligibility and issue resolution.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartner with Workeru0026rsquo;s Compensation on work-related disability leaves to ensure process integration.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eKeep current on leave and accommodation trends to maintain program and leverage best practices.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProvide reporting and analysis of leave-based concerns for Sr Leadership including measurement of success through key-performance indicators.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eAdditional Experience:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eBacheloru0027s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
