As a Payroll Administrator, reporting into the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for high volume
(3k weekly) in house payroll processing
, across multiple states and subsidiaries ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Flexibility to work 1 day/week remote.

Weekly Payroll
Responsibilities
Process 3k weekly salary and hourly payroll for employees across multiple states and companies using SAP Hana
Review and validate payroll reports to ensure accurate information; verify and reconcile adjustments, bonuses, deductions
Process off cycles as needed
Complete weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
Assist with unemployment claims and requests for information
Respond to general questions and provide assistance to field HR teams
Other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years experience performing all payroll functions
Strong understanding of transaction in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
Working knowledge of State and Local Jurisdictions
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, Excel
Working Environment
Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Requirements
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
