Job Details:
Summary:
The Human Resource (HR) ServiceNow Analyst will focus on the initial deployment of ServiceNow for HR and support internal stakeholders to ensure that efficient processes and workflows aligned with business needs and best practices. This position will be responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, development, testing, and documentation of change requests.
Responsibilities :
Support periodic HR releases and platform release upgrades
Own HRSD production support and maintain a strong partnership with IT on the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and architecture.
Work with our IT Platform architects to develop ServiceNow HR integrations and process automation.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow HR environment and its associated workflows
General support and maintenance of ServiceNow HR module, reporting, dashboards and associated workflows
Create related system documentation and end user training resources.
Required Skills:
Bachelors' degree with an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
3 years of ServiceNow configuration experience
2 years experience supporting HR
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications or Salesforce certifications
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
Strong computer and technology skills
Travel: Minimal
