What is an Organizational Effectiveness Manager responsible for?
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Associate Manager is responsible for providing daily support and expertise to teams across the enterprise. The Associate Manager will act as a key business consultant for change management and provide expertise in the areas of stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business measurement and organizational design. The level of support ranges from providing tools and resources to business unit leaders, to facilitating change sessions, to digging in and helping move the work forward. The OE Associate Manager will work in support of direct areas of the business and wider corporate programs as needed.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organizational Effectiveness (inclusive of change management and organizational design) in support of the enterprise, other partner organizations and wider corporate programs as deemed appropriate
Apply execution tactics of OE methodology, framework and process
Responsible for executing OE plans for a program within integrated OE portfolio
Manage execution of personal OE tasks/activities
Create key OE deliverables as informed by the scope, plan and agreement with business
Identify risks within workstream and ideate around solutions
Educate and coach on change management principles and tools to ensure organizational effectiveness
Bring the outside in through research and connection with external partners
Stay abreast of organizational effectiveness trends, theories, and practices to provide functional expertise
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of HR experience or equivalent
Strong communication skills (able to communicate with the Director level of the organization)
Baseline understanding of change methodologies, frameworks and best practices
Business agility – able to pivot and adapt quickly to changes
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail or omni channel operations
