**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are currently seeking applications for an Accounts / Payroll Administrator for a contract position based in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. This is a fixed term contract (5 Months) with a view to being extended into a permanent role.
Reporting directly to the financial accountant, you will covering weekly and monthly payroll (56 employees) and daily processing of all financial transactions (Sage)
Responsibilities:
Daily processing of all financial transactions
Posting of journals, accruals, prepayments
Process employee timesheets submitted via CRM.
Adjust wages as required to accommodate absences.
Deal with employee queries.
Adjustments on SAGE to assist with completion of quarterly and yearly management accounts within deadlines
Process weekly and monthly payrolls.
File PAYE returns.
Deal with Revenue queries.
Comply with policies and procedures relevant to payroll function.
Essential requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in payroll
Experience using payroll software preferably Colsoft
Methodical with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel skills
IPASS qualification an advantage
