Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.
What will I be doing?
As a Manager of a newly created emerging talent development rotational program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new talent incubator program that brings entry-level talent into Hilton and supports the development of their skills, while building a pipeline of top talent for the business. You will drive the strategy and own delivery of all end-to-end components of the program, ensuring emerging talent builds their capabilities while preparing for a successful career at Hilton.
More specifically, you will:
Develop and implement an industry-leading early career development program that supports the company's strategic goals and objectives and builds a pipeline of top talent
Liaise with key HR partners and enterprise departments to outline core rotations providing participants exposure to various business areas, enhancing their skills and knowledge
Coordinate with our campus recruiting teams to develop a campus strategy and recruitment process that attracts, assesses, and cultivates talent from core and emerging sources
Create a learning curriculum in partnership with our Learning and Development team that develops participants’ skillset, ensuring they build the right skills and competencies for growth
Curate and cultivate experiences that boost engagement and community building within the cohort, as well as networking opportunities that cultivate inclusiveness and a sense of purpose
Lead the cohorts, providing ongoing coaching, development, and mentoring participants
Create clear two-way communication channels for feedback and program communication and deliverables. Collaborate to ensure that the experiences address the needs of the business and build the right skills and competencies for the participant
Facilitate career pathing and development to ensure that participants have the resources and support they need to reach their full potential
Produce and communicate updates to key stakeholders
Manage the program budget and ensure that resources are used effectively
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
Deep enthusiasm for supporting the professional development and advancement of early-career individuals
Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong executive presence, enabling effective communication across all levels, from analysts to executives. Proficient in facilitating discussions and workshops.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, working on concurrent projects, and adapting swiftly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Possesses confidence, and self-direction, and values partnership and collaboration.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of progressive experience in fields such as Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, or related areas
Five (5) years of professional experience
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
Prior involvement with corporate campus programs
