The Team

Fitting within the wider People and Campus function, the Digital People and Campus team are a group of dependable, innovative thinkers, who are empowered to support the delivery, enhancement, & maintenance of the People & Campus systems to help drive the People and business strategies forward. We also aim to establish and create a data driven infrastructure to provide insights to support informed people decision making. PVH Europe currently uses HR Applications including Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleDoc. In addition to managing and implementing these and other systems, we are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical interfaces to others systems, such as StorForce and multiple payroll solutions. Ours is a collaborative culture where thinking beyond your desk is encouraged. We act as key stakeholder managers between the corporate systems team in the US, European HQ in Amsterdam, and the market organizations across Europe.


 

The Position

As a member of the Digital People and Campus team, the Senior Manager HR Analytics will be responsible for the optimization of People Insights, delivering data that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business, while ensuring PVH EU remains protected and compliant. The Senior Manager HR Analytics is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our HR technology, identifying areas for improvement around our HR products, and building both long term and ad-hoc solutions. They will partner with HR and business leaders to support the organization's existing reporting and develop a people-focused analytics strategy to deliver meaningful, insightful, and predictive analytics that support the organization’s growth and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills and will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with the global team to drive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise in qualitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support against business priorities
  • Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of analytics teams
  • Apply your technical expertise to help solve, inform, and influence how our HR tools operate and support decision making for our teams
  • Create and iterate on solutions and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis
  • Enforce best practices and alignment with research, forecasting, and analytics teams
  • Document requirements with stakeholders, and partner with HR teams on broader changes to core dashboards and solutions
  • Responsible for running and distributing regular scheduled reporting
  • Prioritizes reporting needs and requests, and develops new reports and analysis; Prepares ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Develop reports to retrieve data in an accurate and timely manner using available reporting tools from multiple systems
  • Assists with data audits and corrections as needed
  • Determine appropriate tool for extracting data from disparate HR applications systems to provide in depth analyses of business needs
  • Produce and maintain technical requirements and reporting process documentation
  • Support annual processes; including performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, budgeting, etc.
  • Develop and conduct training, as necessary, that supports HR independence for obtaining analytics
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR Analytics with a focus on product and service development and applying key technologies; continuously increase HR Analytics application/tools and knowledge



The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+years of related work experience
  • Experience working with data visualization tools
  • Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience processing and analyzing data sets, interpreting them for making business decisions
  • Experience communicating the results of analyses with leadership teams to influence the overall strategy
  • Experience knowing when a question requires reporting on basic data vs. sophisticated statistical analysis
  • Experience having effective conversations with all levels about their support needs and requirements
  • Experience working in an International environment with fluency In English
  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
  • Strong project management skills
