Summary:The Tier 2 Relationship Management Compensation Lead will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of the tier 2 Total Rewards Relationship Management team. This team will execute on the Total Rewards strategies provided through the Executive Leadership, COE, People Operations & HR Strategic Partner teams. This position will also partner closely with these teams to ensure feedback through the customer lens is delivered to the appropriate teams for analysis on design, strategy, and execution. This position will ensure superior customer service is being provided and serve as a mentor to the team. This role will be expected to see/think beyond the current scope of the business to ensure the Team Member experience is being standardized with a positive impact.Responsibilities Include:• Guides the proactive evaluation of total rewards offerings and recommendations• Serves as a collaborative partner within the Tier 2 Total Rewards team to identify opportunities for process improvement with specific focus on efficiency, areas of education, and enhancement that support positive team member experience.• Engages the COE in providing strategic and creative total rewards solutions•Represents the Total Rewards team in all matters, including Third Party vendor collaboration, market/compensation analysis, master data integrity and process.• Partners in the design, planning & implementation for the benefits, wellness, compensation, and workforce administration programs, policies, and procedures.• Provides guidance related to Total Rewards communications documents, plans, and timelines• Support People Operations team with resource allocation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement• Observes team members demeanor, technical accuracy, and adherence to organization policies and provides timely feedback and coaching to ensure performance metrics are being met or exceeded• Contributes positively to the team through the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and active participation in meetings, coaching, and personal development• Maintains adherence to all audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements• Constantly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of current performance strategy and seek to improveRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.Experience: 6 years relevant work experienceComputer Skills: Standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of Total Rewards technologiesCommunication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and implement performance strategies across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team Member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.Special Skills: Experience with compensation tools and software; Experience leading yearly compensation activities; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people; effective time management and prioritization skills; detail oriented with focus on quality; Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive positionsSupervisory: Yes, this person will lead a teamTravel: 5-10 domestic trips per year.
