WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
Workday experience is required
A demonstrated ability in global HR processes; shared service center/operations experience is helpful
2 years of Workday Recruiting experience (certification is desired)
Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various customers to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support strategic objectives, and meet all legal requirements
Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills, including the ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization
Strong general understanding of all Workday modules, security, and reporting.
*Remote Work Option – open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $109,500.00 to $217,000.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Recruiting Product Owner Role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the Workday solution for Recruiting! This role will partner with the global Workday program design team and peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation and ongoing management. This role is responsible for providing input on solutions to enable the business strategy and will serve as the front door to technology for intake, prioritization, and solutioning for our HR teammates!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Strategic:
You will partner with technology to influence the Workday product roadmap, understanding and articulating business needs to drive and evaluate/set roadmap priorities.
Develop strategic solutions in partnership with technology to enable the strategy across COE’s and HR teams.
Operational:
Execute against the framework for global program governance, key performance indicators, and service level agreements flexing where necessary due to geography business practices, customs, and/or regulations
Provide direction and recommendations on system functionality and design in line with standard methodology and global governance.
Assess efficiency of existing HR policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution
Leadership:
Lead all phases of Workday implementation, such as validation of Workday design against local requirements, testing, implementation, and after-go-live care.
Lead new ways of working, including governance in partnership with TPM, Engineering, and HR Teams
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Work closely with COE’s to establish business strategy
Define business processes and cross-functional connection points with technology to enable the business strategy
Take lead on managing business stakeholder governance structure
Collaborate with TPM on overall frameworks and tracking mechanisms
