Summary
This position will provide HR administrative and daily operations support to the Talent and Inclusion COE team which leads supporting implementation of talent-oriented solutions, engagement and culture metrics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for CHS.
The position will report directly to the Talent and Inclusion Senior Director, but will manage and prioritize tasks and requests from the full team. The position requires a self-driven, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys supporting a variety of work assignments. Enterprise collaboration and the ability to manage multiple tasks is core to the position.
Responsibilities
Meeting coordination for vendor, stakeholder, and internal strategy meetings to include business/functional leader facing meetings, vendor meetings, and DEI council and ERG meetings.
Critical document and project coordination for annual processes and templates working in coordination with process owner on team and communications point of contact.
Material creation (including PowerPoint decks and other materials) and support for vendor, stakeholder, HR, and internal strategy meetings.
Assist with reporting and data management to support talent and inclusion initiatives and ad-hoc requests. Gain proficiency in reporting, consult with data analytics as needed.
Management and creation of lists to activate core processes and training initiatives.
Budget support to monitor and track Employee Resource Group (ERG), vendor, and COE spending.
Support the onboarding process for new hires on team as needed - setting up meetings or check ins and drafting onboarding plan.
Project support and coordination for on-site events or IGH based events
Support during annual talent review process to include: compiling talent review decks in preparation for talent review meetings, coordinating meetings, note-taking during talent review sessions, etc.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement efforts with the various HR, and talent & inclusion processes.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High school diploma (or equivalent)
2 years prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role supporting multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or business administration
Prior HR reporting skills and experience
Knowledge of HRIS tools, such as SAP Success Factors or Lawson
Project management experience.
Experience supporting and taking direction from multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Experience with process improvement/enhancement efforts to streamline and standardize processes
