If you are a data, compliance and remuneration specialist looking to work PART-TIME, 3 days per week, this is an opportunity to grow your career! Working with our local and global teams you will help deliver our compliance and benefits strategies and help embed operational excellence across our HR model.
Where you fit in?
Working as a senior member of our Policy, Remuneration and Benefits team, you will provide specialist support in areas across our compliance and systems areas, in order to sustain a compelling and competitive EVP, as well as protect our licence to operate. You will have a strong focus on capability development of the immediate and interfacing teams and always strive to further embed, simplify and improve our model and ways of working.

What’s the role?
Own superannuation policy, compliance and performance.
Provide reporting and data analytics to support projects/issues, including strong HR systems ability.
Act as Specialist for time & leave input into complex rosters.
Manage country share plan obligations.
Lead annual WGEA submission.
Coach and develop team in specialist areas.
Support our digital transition journey from SAP to Workday.
Create and improve tools and automation initiatives.
Lead HR Tax related activity (e.g. FBT).
Lead the assurance and governance of HR policies, remuneration and benefits, and provide guidance for the application and administration of policies and programs via HR Operations.
Maintain keen awareness of impending legislative changes, market trends, and proactive management of potential implications to HR policies.
What we need from you?
Significant previous experience in a specialist remuneration and benefits capacity.
Deep knowledge and understanding of superannuation legislation and administration.
Strong data analytics and advanced HRIS skills (SAP & Workday advantageous) and advanced Excel skills.
Time specialization including time and roster.
Experience in managing country requirements for employee share plans.
Knowledge of HR related tax matters such as FBT.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong interpersonal and presentation skills and a willingness to proactively connect stakeholders across the business.
Ability to lead work and deliver through multiple teams both onshore and offshore.
Deep commitment to Goal Zero and personal accountability.
Proven ability to deliver positive and creative impact to the team culture.
Please note this position is 3 days per week (60%), which is supported by Shell Australia’s Freedom to Flex Policy.
