Beschrijving van het berichtAmsterdam | 38.75 hours | As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective People Risk solutions as part of our Global Benefits Team, within Aon’s Health Solutions business. Global Benefits partners with Multinational companies to optimize their People Risk strategy. The core of our support lies in the management of the insured benefit plans globally and the set up of the employee benefit strategy to manage the spend. This strategy can range from local renewal support, global consolidation through pooling and global underwriting to employee benefits in a captive. In addition we partner with clients on the broader scope of People Risk such as mitigation of claims, Employee Wellbeing, DE&I and Employee Value Propositions in combination with other Aon Expertise Teams such as Talent Assessment and Compensation. Job Responsibilities:Partner with our clients, multinational companies, and the senior consultant to deliver effective employee benefit strategies for the client’s employee benefits portfolio.Leading and delivering People Risk advisory projects to senior corporate client contacts.Working effectively with account team members to ensure timely delivery of consulting projects, while working with colleagues across the region.As a senior member of the GB team, provide ‘go-to’ support and subject matter expertise to the team, in driving financial strategy and consulting project work for Aon’s top clients.Reviews and finalizes  client deliverables for projects run by Global Benefits.Driving data analysis and synthesis to support delivery of client projects.Collaborating with product lines across Aon to deliver the best solutions to our clients.Required Experience:Analytical mindsetGood communication skillsHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPointLanguage requirements – proficient in EnglishEducation:Bachelor or Master Degree, or proven equality of knowledge based on experience, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Political Science, Environmental Science/Law or related subjects or equivalent years of industry experience. 2527569,qualifications:UNAVAILABLE,responsibilities:Amsterdam | 38.75 hours | As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective People Risk solutions as part of our Global Benefits Team, within Aon’s Health Solutions business. Global Benefits partners with Multinational companies to optimize their People Risk strategy.
