Job Description
What You Will Do:
Support technologist recruitment in areas such as Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, Technical Project Management, Development, and Architecture.
Hold a req load of 15 open positions and runs all aspects of the full lifecycle recruitment process, including but not limited to job description design, sourcing, screening, compliance, offers of employment, and recruitment marketing.
Collaborate with the hiring department to develop a firm understanding of department culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position.
Act as a talent advisor, and subject matter authority, in guiding business partners through the hiring process.
Regularly build candidate pipelines through practices such as targeted advertising, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
Develop and cultivate relationships with businesses, government and community service agencies, colleges, employment agencies and search firms, employee resource groups, peers, and business partners.
Provide employment recommendations to the hiring manager based on candidate qualifications, application materials, interviews, and references.
Prioritize and focus on enabling a positive candidate and customer experience from application to onboarding.
Be a champion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Perform talent market analysis to gain insights and make recommendations to business leaders on hiring processes.
Participate in weekly meetings with hiring managers and business partners.
Preferred Skills & Experience
2 years of technical recruiting experience
A self-starter who demonstrates critical thinking, self-motivation, courage, and curiosity.
Demonstrated ability to recruit in a fast-paced, dynamic environment responding to multiple open job requirements across a wide spectrum of technology-related positions.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
Exposure to capturing, assessing, and implementing market data in business partner conversations.
The ability to apply social media tools to support recruitment efforts is highly valued.
Technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, candidate tracking systems, and a strong desire for learning.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; and customer service mentality.
Possess high attention to detail, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
