It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.   Responsibilities: Play an important role in small-medium sized talent, rewards, performance related consulting project/module deliveryAct an important client contact window for small-sized project and contribute to clients’ satisfactionBe able to identify client needs and provide high quality consultation in certain solutionsBe able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clientsEmpower clients with knowledge and skills, and establish /maintain good relationship Requirements：Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalentAt least 2 years of relevant industry or consulting experienceIn-depth content knowledge about human resources managementGood understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companiesSolid problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues and reach appropriate conclusions/solutionsHigh commitment to quality client service and good team cooperation spiritFlexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertaintiesExcellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
