Title: Director of Clinical Recruitment
Division: Specialty Nursing and Allied Health
We are looking for a sharp professional with successful experience in clinical staffing to add to our rapidly growing company. The Director of Clinical Recruitment
is responsible for coordinating the placement of contract
healthcare professionals including Nurses and Allied healthcare professionals into healthcare facilities as specialty travel nurses/clinicians or local nurses/clinicians.
The Director will also manage 3 to 5 recruiters (in-house and virtual from other states)
Position Requirements:
3 years' prior experience as a Recruiter within the nursing staffing
1 year as a manager
Personal Qualities:
Positive attitude, solid aptitude, passionate and self-directed
Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sense of pride and integrity
