The Role
All activities related to personnel administration, including, but not limited to payroll, benefits and occupational medicine, covering local legislation and global guidelines with the objective of ensuring payment to all colleagues properly, providing all the benefits and occupational health of each colleague.
Monitor and control all payroll processes, charges, labor obligations, conciliation and activities inherent to the local staff administration. Negotiate contractual changes and manage service level of the company to provide payroll processing services.
Control programs of health, safety and medicine of the work.
Coordinate contract with service providers to HR related to payroll and benefits
Monitor and carry out the proper updating of colleagues related information in the PeopleSoft/Oracle system
Provide information and assist the legal department in defense of labor claims.
The Requirements
3-5 years of related human resources experience, including payroll
Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Oracle HMS and ADP systems
Strong knowledge in labor laws and eSocial
English is a plus
Willingness and ability to work independently and on a team
Must be accustomed to a fast paced, high volume environment with deadlines and last minute requests
Project management skills
Self-starter and quick learner
Ability to prioritize requests and duties
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Work well under pressure
Must be flexible and have the ability to readily adapt to change
