Clearly outline thenBusiness needs and the people implications for DI at the Country Level. n You will ensure implementation of Global HR Strategy inn alignment with needs of DI in India and in consultation with Country HRn Head. Connect, collaborate and coordinate with Global HR Business Partnersn to ensure alignment between global business / people strategy and localn people strategy and related HR initiatives. n·      nYou will develop andncommunicate the local People Strategy and translate it into HR goals &nactions each year together with the respective leadership teams. You’ll lead orncontribute to the implementation of HR programs and initiatives for DI India innconsultation with the business as well as Siemens India HR program. You’ll supportnthe TA team in hiring of critical resources in the business ensure hiring KPIsnare met. Also, playing an integral role in the hiring and selection ofncandidates in the Internship Programme.n You will partner with leadership teams at relevantn levels to help build in organizational capability (Build / Developn Competencies and enrich the talent pipeline). Coach and enable seniorn executives to be more effective leaders. Partnering with the DInIndia mgmt. to assess, analyze, plan and drive the cultural change in line withnbusiness strategy (SGES, People Matter, etc.). to develop a diverse, robustntalent pipeline to be future readyFacilitate to connectnbusiness with experts across the HR value chain to understand the businessnsituation/needs, evolve & develop new or leverage existing solutions (TA,nC&B, LC, PL, etc.)Responsible for HRnactivities in country during M&A projects and partnering with requirednparties.
