SUMMARY: This position is responsible for collecting daily attendance reports and producing consolidated reports as well as tracking and issuing attendance point documentation per company attendance policy. This will include the tracking and auditing of earned credit hours and producing annual reports for payout of credit hour balances at year-end. This position would be responsible to assist with Team Member benefits questions and handle basic Team Member paperwork, processes, and data entry into HRIS systems. May assist with special projects as needed. This position wil be required to perform HR Clerk duties to include entering new hire re-hire termination and Team Member information changes into the appropriate systems as well as any other duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Education beyond high school including less than two years of special training vocational school and or college courses preferred. Experience: 2 plus years experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Computer knowledge experience in the following programs: SAP Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Internet and Benefit Programs preferred. PowerPoint presentation skills are a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; bilingual skills a plus. Special Skills: Able to be HIPAA trained and certified. Will receive additional education on the requirements of confidentiality and the privacy rights of all Team Members; must participate in training meetings and other classes as designated to increase expertise. Travel: 1-2 trips per year may be required.
